We cannot create ads with copyrighted pictures. Please send non-copyrighted pictures or provide a specific release from the photographer as to each copyrighted photograph.

As stated in our Information page, please DO NOT send any pictures taken with a cell phone or copied off of FaceBook, as the quality is extremely poor and the ad will not look professional.

At the time of purchase, you will be given an order/invoice number.

FOR SCHOOL TEMPLATES -- Due to the volume of orders, your pictures MUST be scanned in at a minimum of 300 ppi and emailed to Moments to Remember, LLC at sales@schoolyearbookads.com. Please ensure that the quality is good, as we cannot improve a fuzzy, distorted picture. Please email each picture (only 2 at a time to ensure that the email is properly transmitted) -- Make sure that your name/child's name/school is included with each email.

FOR CUSTOMIZED ADS - If you choose to send your photographs by email or on a CD (customized orders only), please ensure that the quality is good with a minimum resolution of 300 ppi. We cannot improve a fuzzy, distorted picture. If sending by email, please send only two pictures at a time to ensure that the email is properly transmitted. Also, make sure that your name/child's name/school is included with each email. If sending a CD by mail, please label the CD with your order/invoice number and name. Please include a note inside the envelope with your order/invoice number, name, phone numbers, email address, mailing address and child's name.

If you choose to send the actual photographs (customized ads only), we will scan them in for you at no additional charge. Please place your pictures in a sturdy photo envelope. Please include a note inside the envelope with your order/invoice number, name, phone numbers, email address, mailing address and child's name. As we cannot improve the clarity of pictures, please ensure that they are of good quality. We are happy to accept original photographs, but recommend sending a high-quality copy in order to protect against loss and/or damage in the mail. Moments to Remember, LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged pictures.
